"23 Feb 1789. Thomas Harrison Kirkley, son of Thomas Harrison Kirkley, AB [= a bastard] was received in this chapel March 5th 1790. [Mother not named]

The Sydney Gazette and New South Wales Advertiser reported on Tuesday 5 January and Saturday 9 January 1830 that Thomas Harrison Kirkley, Esquire [and others] had been appointed a Justice of the Peace in New South Wales, and on Thursday 23 Aug 1832 that Lieutenant Thomas Harrison Kirkley of the 39th Regiment had on 10 Jul 1832 parted with all his interest in the joint stock and capital of the Bank of New South Wales and was no longer a partner of the bank. Similar notice on 16 Aug 1832 referring to disposal of stock etc on 18 Jul 1832. Served in New Orleans 1814/15.

Will dated 8 Sep 1849 mentions wife Elizabeth & son William. Age at death shown as 56.
