Gives all except one cottage and garden in Hamsterley (his dwellinghouse) & a small meadow close called New Close & another small cottage ocupied by Thomas Watson to be devised unto Michael Teasdale of Hill House (son-in-law), yeoman in Witton-le-Wear and his wife Ann Teasdale (daughter). Margaret daughter[wife?] of William Robinson, 4 sons and 2 daughters of Ann & William Robinson. (George, William, James, Joseph[John?], Jane and Sarah Robinson). Jane (D) wife of Thomas Watson, 4 sons (William, Joseph, James, Thomas) & 2 daughters (Jane & Mary Watson). Gives cottage and New Close occupied by Thomas Watson to his daughter Sarah, wife of James Harker, yeo County of York.
