Ann Gibbon of West Auckland, spinster, together with [her sister] Katherine (formerly Gibbon), wife of George Hodgson of Marwood Park, yeoman conveyed copyhold estate 29 Mar 1719 to John Walker of Newsham Field House, yeoman, to secure annuities.
