Another engineering Blackett

For at least twenty years from the 1860s William Blackett, born in Leeds, Yorkshire, was in business as an engineer, manufacturing and selling a wide range of equipment from drills and lathes to steam engines and boilers. His premises were situated at the Hope Iron Works in Southwark Bridge Road, just south of the River Thames in London.
