Rents and profits from unsettled estates to wife, Mary Ann, for life. Lands at Thorpe, Surrey left to son John Charles Blackett. Lands in Yorks & Durham to son Henry Collingwood Blackett and his male heirs, in the absence of which (which subsequently occurred) to his eldest son Edward Blackett and his male heirs. Will proved by his widow, Mary Anne and Benjamin Keene the elder. Probate dated 20 Feb 1817. |
